General conditions of sale of stay in bed and breakfast "Château de Puichéric" These general conditions of sale are intended for the use of the reservation of stays in bed and breakfast at "Château de Puichéric", 2 rue de l'église , 11700 Puichéric, France. They constitute the contract of reservation between the owners, Dominica Teuschl and the guest of a stay in bed and breakfast. Article 1 - Length of stay: The client rents one or more rooms for a fixed period of time and can not under any circumstances claim any right to maintain the premises. Article 2 - Prices: The prices indicated on the website www.chateaudepuicheric.fr are the only contractual rates. They are inclusive of all taxes (the owners are not subject to VAT, Article 293 B of the CGI). Article 3 - Validation of a reservation: The reservation is made by mail or telephone directly from the owners or through one of the following booking sites: www.booking.com or www.airbnb.fr. The booking is considered firm only after receipt of a deposit cashed upon receipt and deductible from the invoice upon arrival. The deposit must be paid no later than 5 working days from the reservation request. The amount of the deposit is: • In the case of a direct reservation with the owners: 30% of the total price of the stay with a minimum corresponding to the price of one night per room booked. • In the case of a reservation via the website www.booking.com: the total price of the stay. • In the case of a reservation via the website www.airbnb.fr: see with the booking site concerned. The payment of the deposit can be made: • by check (payable to Dominica Teuschl) • Paypal secured payment via internet, at a surcharge of 3.52% + 0.25 euros covering transaction costs. Or by Credit Card through a link provided by the owner. in this case a fee of 3% is added to cover the transaction cost. The payment of a deposit implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will be sent an email of good reception with the details of the service reserved, having value of contract. If the reservation is made by telephone, we commit ourselves to confirm the good reception of the deposit by telephone or sms. If the customer wishes, a reservation contract can be sent by email.
